SA typical flexible coaxial cable has an outer conductor made of fine silver-plated copper wires. Phase matched cable assemblies are often used when multiple signals inputs need to reach their output destination at the same time. They can have the same electrical (phase length) or a phase tolerance at a specified frequency. These are available in stainless coax, semi-rigid coax and flexible coax in sets of 2 or more.

Wire prep can be done on a number of sizes of wire or coax cable. If termination before going into the end system is not possible and needs to be done at the next higher assembly, we can prepare the wire and cable for you.

SSI employs prototyping and sampling capabilities to help validate and refine product designs before full-scale production begins. Preliminary models or samples are inspected and tested for functionality, design, and performance; followed by the production of small batch samples to allow for inspection, testing, and quality control methods to be conducted in a real-world production setting.
